IBP is proud to offer our employees a variety of benefits. Benefit offerings vary by branch. Examples of benefits that may be offered are outlined below.
Medical Plans

MEDICAL PLANS

IBP offers three medical plans from which to choose. Coverage is available for you, your spouse/domestic partner, and eligible children.

1. Low Deductible PPO

2. High Deductible PPO

Both PPO plans operate the same way except they have different annual deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums. Preventive care services are covered at 100% with no deductible or co-pays when using an in-network provider. You pay a set percentage for most other medical and prescription services.

3. Anthem Consumer Driven Health Plan (CDHP) with optional Health Savings Account

Preventive care services are covered at 100% with no deductible or co-pays when using an in-network provider. You pay for medical and prescription services out-of-pocket until your annual deductible is met. With the CDHP you can elect a Health Savings Account that you can use to pay for current or future qualified medical and prescription expenses.

Employee Assistance Plan

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PLAN

Free and available to all employees and members of your household. The EAP is designed to help with everyday problems and questions such as counseling, tobacco cessation, and addiction/recovery. Anthem EAP is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Dental Plan

DENTAL PLAN

Comprehensive coverage for oral exams, cleanings, fillings, oral surgery, periodontics, endodontics, and prosthodontics. Orthodontic coverage for dependent children up to age 19. Coverage is available for you, your spouse/domestic partner, and eligible children.

Vision Plan

VISION PLAN

Coverage for exams, prescription glasses or contacts, and diabetic eye care. Discounts apply for laser vision correction, retinal screening, and optional sunglass benefit. Coverage is available for you, your spouse/domestic partner, and eligible children.

Flexible Spending Accounts

FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) allow you to set aside pre-tax dollars for health care and/or dependent care expenses.

1. Health Care FSA – Use to pay eligible out-of-pocket expenses like copays & deductibles; prescription drugs; dental, vision or chiropractic care; and bandages, thermometers, and blood pressure monitors. Coverage is available for you, your spouse/domestic partner, and eligible children.

2. Dependent Care FSA – Use to pay for before & after-school care; babysitting costs, nursery school, or day camp for eligible dependents.

Short-Term & Long-Term Disability

SHORT-TERM & LONG-TERM DISABILITY

You can purchase coverage to supplement your income if you are unable to work due to a covered injury or illness. You can choose to purchase one or both plans. Each plan covers 60% of your normal gross weekly earnings, up to the plan maximum.

Life Insurance

LIFE INSURANCE

IBP offers company paid life insurance along with the option to purchase additional life insurance coverage.

1. Company Paid Life – IBP provides the employee with life insurance at 1x your annual salary, up to a maximum of $75,000.

2. Voluntary Term Life – You can purchase additional life insurance at competitive rates for yourself, spouse/domestic partner, and eligible dependents. During your new hire enrollment, coverage is guaranteed issue for employee and spouse coverage up to specified limits. Election after this new hire enrollment period may be subject to underwriting approval.

401(K) Plan

401(K) PLAN

You are eligible to contribute to IBP’s 401(k) plan on the first of the month following 6 months of service. Save up to 90% of your eligible pay on a pre-tax or post-tax basis, subject to federal tax guidelines and limitations. IBP matches 25% on the first 8% that you contribute.
